These terms are a contract between you and CyberHacker.AI(“we”, CyberHacker.ai) and govern your access to the platform and the security testing services we provide. By creating an account or commissioning a test, you agree to them.
The service
CyberHacker.ai provides AI-driven and expert-led penetration testing. You commission an engagement, define its scope and targets, and we test them and report findings, with retests and certificates where applicable.
Authorisation to test — read this
You may only submit targets you own or are expressly authorisedto have tested. By commissioning an engagement you represent and warrant that you hold that authority and that testing the listed targets will not breach any third party’s rights or any law. You are responsible for obtaining every permission required from asset owners, hosting providers and other stakeholders. Unauthorised testing is prohibited and may be illegal; we may suspend or refuse any engagement we reasonably believe is unauthorised.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use.
- Tell us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or test targets you are not authorised to test. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees & payment
Prices for plans and engagements are shown before purchase. Payment is taken through our processors (Stripe and, where enabled, PayPal). Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable once an engagement has begun. Subscription allowances are consumed as described at the point of purchase.
Deliverables & intellectual property
You own your data and the reports we deliver for your engagements. We retain ownership of the platform, our methodologies and our underlying tooling. You grant us the rights needed to process your data to deliver the services.
Confidentiality
Engagement findings are sensitive. We treat your data as confidential and expect you to treat our non-public materials the same way.
Disclaimers
Security testing reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities. The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. A clean report is not a warranty of security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
